Daily Practice: 28 Buddhist teachings, one for each day
Twenty-eight practices that repeat in a fixed four-week cycle, chosen by the calendar date. Always available, always free.
This is the practice the home page shows each day. Twenty-eight practices repeat in a fixed four-week cycle, chosen by your calendar date with the same formula the app uses, so the website and the app agree on today’s practice wherever you are.
The passages range across the early texts: Dhammapada verses on hatred, the mind and self-mastery; the Kalama Sutta’s advice to know things for yourself; the five subjects to remember often; the blind men and the elephant; Bāhiya’s “in the seen, merely the seen”; the hen who simply sat on her eggs.
Because it repeats, the rotation rewards returning. The same passage read four weeks later often lands differently.
Scope. This rotation repeats every 28 days. It does not add new lessons over time.
