Buddhism: Daily Dharma
Meditation & Daily Reflection

A small daily practice grounded in early Buddhist texts. Each day gives you one thing to read, one short sit, one thing to try in real life, and one question for the evening. No feed, no account, no chatbot.

Privacy

Your journal stays on your iPhone

Journal entries and practice records are stored on your device only. There is no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising SDK and no cloud sync. Purchases go through Apple. Notifications are local and generic. You can export or delete everything from inside the app. Read the privacy policy.

Source texts are Bhikkhu Sujato’s translations, shown unchanged. The explanations and introductions were developed with AI assistance and checked against the source texts by a language model, not by a human teacher; see about this project.
