The Body as Home: 14 days of mindfulness of the body

Fourteen days of mindfulness of the body: breathing, postures, everyday awareness, walking, eating and the elements.

Mindfulness of the body is the first of the four kinds of mindfulness meditation in the discourses, and the texts return to it often. This path works through it the way Mindfulness of the Body (MN 119) and Mindfulness of Breathing (MN 118) do: the breath, the postures, awareness during ordinary activity, and the body as made of elements.

The sits include body scans, points of contact and slow walking.

Scope. Day 1 is a complete free preview. Days 2–14 are part of Daily Dharma Plus.
