The Four Noble Truths in 10 days
Ten days on the teaching the early texts put first: what suffering is, where it comes from, that it can end, and the way there.
The Buddha’s first teaching, Rolling Forth the Wheel of Dhamma (SN 56.11), states the four noble truths in a few sentences: there is suffering, it has an origin in craving, it can end, and there is a path to its ending. This path reads them slowly, one at a time, alongside the discourses that expand on them.
The aim is not to memorise a doctrine but to notice where each truth shows up in an ordinary day.
