Evening Settling: an end-of-day meditation
An end-of-day sit: let the day's activity settle, note one thing that went well and one to let go of, soften the body, rest in the breath. Timed text cues with optional device narration.
Before you begin
Sit upright or lie down, somewhere you will not be disturbed for a few minutes. After reading a cue, you may close your eyes until the next one appears.
How it opens
Settle into your seat, or lie back. Take a few slower breaths and let the day's pace begin to ease.
| Length | Cues |
|---|---|
| 3 minutes | 5 timed cues, then the bell |
| 5 minutes | 6 timed cues, then the bell |
| 10 minutes | 8 timed cues, then the bell |
